ilt20 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1.1

Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ilt20 platform, including registration, deposits, wagering, and withdrawal of funds, is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. ilt20 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from gameplay during the underage period will be forfeited. Players under 21 are not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances.

1.2

Geographic Eligibility

The ilt20 platform is operated and marketed primarily for users based in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ilt20 makes no representations regarding the lawfulness of its services in any jurisdiction other than those in which it is explicitly permitted to operate. Players who access ilt20 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

1.3

Capacity to Contract

By registering an account on ilt20, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that you are not a compulsive gambler, and that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prevent lawful use of the platform. ilt20 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account where any of these representations are found to be untrue.

2.1

Registration Requirements

To access the paid services of ilt20, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are required to provide a valid mobile number, a working email address (if requested), and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.2

One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on ilt20. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ilt20 may suspend all associated accounts, void all bonuses across those accounts, and forfeit any winnings pending a full investigation. Where fraudulent intent is identified, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.3

Account Verification (KYC)

ilt20 may at any time request that a player complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ilt20 may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with ilt20's Privacy Policy.

3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

ilt20 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ilt20 does not accept cash, cheques, or any form of cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the name of the ilt20 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.2

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. ilt20 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where a withdrawal is subject to a compliance review. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. ilt20 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are communicated to players at the time of account registration and may be updated from time to time.

3.3

Responsible Use of Funds

Players acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that deposited funds may be lost in the course of wagering activity. ilt20 strongly recommends that players set personal deposit limits to manage their gaming activity responsibly. ilt20 does not offer credit to players under any circumstances and will not facilitate gambling with borrowed funds. Players are advised to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to seek assistance if they feel their gambling is becoming problematic.

4.1

Bonus Eligibility and Issuance

Bonuses and promotional offers available on ilt20 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each offer is made. All bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of ilt20. ilt20 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time a bonus is issued, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier and the eligible games for satisfying wagering requirements will be specified in the individual terms accompanying each bonus offer. ilt20 reserves the right to amend wagering requirement terms at any time. Players are advised to review the terms accompanying any bonus before accepting it.

6.1

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ilt20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical errors, service interruptions, or connectivity failures. ilt20 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service.

7.1

Amendments to These Terms

ilt20 may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the ilt20 website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform immediately.
